Lindsey is passionate about helping individuals find the root cause of symptoms as well as making an individualized plan to address these symptoms. With her degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy, Nutrition and Dietetics, and a PhD in Natural Medicine, Lindsey has extensive background knowledge in mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Utilizing this broad knowledge, she provides thorough assessments for all clients to truly get to the root issue of symptoms. Lindsey is diligent about continuing education and has completed all the coursework through the Institute of Functional medicine as well as somatic trauma training through the Aura institute. She is a board certified doctor of natural medicine through the American Naturopathic Medicine Association and a board certified Neurofeedback provider with BCIA. The continued education has expanded her ability to provide integrated recommendations for her clients, truly making each wellness plan unique.
Lindsey is currently accepting new clients in office or through Telehealth appointments. Future clients can expect a detailed initial intake to evaluate health from a holistic perspective. Lindsey approaches client care as a collaboration between client and practitioner and works to empower and educate individuals so that they have the power and knowledge to take charge of their health and healing.

Jamie is a Functional Medicine Health Coach and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). She helps individuals simplify wellness through practical habits, sustainable routines and personalized support. She believes well-being should feel clear and manageable, guiding each person toward lasting change that aligns with their values.
Jamie and her husband have two daughters. She enjoys quiet mornings, coffee with friends, and time in nature – hiking, kayaking, camping, and reading.
Jessica Townsend
Board Certified Nuerofeedback Technician
Jessica Townsend is Board Certified Neurofeedback (BCN-P) with a background in psychology, criminal justice, and neuroscience. She earned her Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University and later completed her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology through The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Jessica has worked in the neurofeedback field since 2018 and is passionate about helping clients better understand their brains, nervous systems, and performance patterns through qEEG brain mapping and neurofeedback training. She takes a practical, individualized approach focused on supporting balance, resilience, and optimal functioning in everyday life.
Sonia is a Yoga Instructor and Graphic Artist. She earned her 200-hour YTC in Hatha Yoga from Yoga Spirit Academy in Tulsa, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Art from Oral Roberts University, and in 2015 she was certified as a Relax & Renew@ Trainer in Dallas TX, with Judith Lasater.
She began practicing yoga to manage chronic back pain, stress, and anxiety, and through regular practice, she discovered how yoga can help to heal the body and mind. From her personal experience, she is inspired and passionate about sharing the practice of yoga with others.
Sonia teaches with a gentle approach, with a focus on body awareness.
Sonia and her husband have been married for 18 years. She has lived in Tulsa for 26 years and enjoys camping with her husband and their two dogs, Stella and Hadi. She loves experimenting with new recipes, traveling, and music.
